We welcomed 250 guests to the Conrad Orlando for a couple of days full of bold design with a beautiful backdrop. From the start, we introduced custom branding and creative activations at registration. The welcome reception captured Florida charm with bold pops of color, a “Welcome to Orlando” photo op, and a custom bar. For the awards ceremony, the look shifted to elevated glamour with a striking winner wall and a matching photo op, giving every honoree their own red-carpet moment. We were intentional with every detail from first impressions to the final celebration.
